The Ceramics and Glass Design Department has 83 years of history and has fully equipped studios in its field. In every step of the education, authenticity, application of the scientific methods, ability to analyse, timing, the ability to work with the materials, the power of expression and interpretation are considered. It is the department’s aim to uncover the person’s creative strengths and to enable the artist to use their ideas and feelings to comment on the times they are in. The students are also asked to use the abilities they have gained in the scientific research methods including researching, practicing, supervising and finalization processes.
